Shipping & Delivery

Blithe and Bonny(tm) will accept orders via our website, through the phone (831) 708-8307  through fax (831)-325-0677, through email (info@blitheandbonny.net) or through one of our regional reps..

We will review your order for accuracy and request changes if discrepancies are found.

Exclusivity

We also review your order for any potential conflicts with other customers in your area.  We rely on our sale team to assure that territories are never over saturated but also assure our products have are easily accessible to the consumer.

Major Retailers are not subject to these  exclusivity policies.

Ordering

  • Minumum Opening = $250,  Minimum Reorder = $100 ($20 small order fee will apply for reorders under $100)
  • We require payment at time of shipping for all initial orders.
  • Prices and product design subject to change without notice, Orders will be reconfirmed if changes occur 
  • Shipping and handling is added to the Product Total. Initial Shipping Charges are estimates only.
  • Final shipping amount is calculated when order leaves our facility.
  • A handling fee between $5 and $20 is charged for each order
  • Orders are shipped from Santa Cruz, CA
  • Credit Cards will not be charged until day of shipment, but charges may be reserved on your card prior to shipment.
  • Unapproved credit cards will be held for 7 days and the are subject to cancellation.
  • Cancelled orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee
  • Payment methods include AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Wire Transfer, ACH, and check.

Net 30 Orders

  • If we offer Net 30 payment terms for your order, your invoice will be included with your shipment.
  • An invoice will also be emailed at point of shipment to the email on file.
  • Late payments are subject to a $20 or 20% (whichever is larger) montly late fee. This fee will be added to your invoice.
  • No new orders will be shipped if you have an outstanding balance on your account.

Returns & Replacements

  • We do not accept returns
  • We will refund or replace product that is defective or broken in transit.
  • Requests for replacement must be sent via email to info@blitheandbonny.net within 7 days of delivery.
  • Photos of the damaged materials are requested for a refund or replacement

You may request a copy of your orders by sending an email to info@blitheandbonny.net.
Online Orders are visible under your Account History.

Updating Account Information

We encourage you to register online and create your own account profile and then use this website to maintain your shipping and billing detail.  You can also contact us by email, fax or phone and request updates to your account information at any time.

Privacy and Security

Blithe and Bonny customer service respects your privacy and will not give your email, phone number or other personal information to any third party unless necessary for servicing your account.  We will occassionally send you communications about our company and our products.
